Creating an account is free. Hunt fees are agreed between you and your chosen hunter. RentShield and other paid services show their fees upfront before you pay via M-Pesa.
RentShield is optional tenant screening for landlords — search or list rental default records before signing a lease. It's a bonus protection feature after you've found a place.
